1. What is CheerPing?

CheerPing is a compliment delivery service that sends anonymous compliments to brighten people’s day! With two themes for Compliments; Professional or Personal, delivered via email.

 

2. How does CheerPing work?

It’s simple! Visit the CheerPing Sign up page, enter the email address of the person you want to receive compliments, pick your category (Professional, Personal), choose a One-off compliment ($1) or Daily compliments ($5/mo). (Corporate plans are available. Contact us for more information)

 

3. How much does CheerPing cost?

CheerPing Plans start at just $1 for a single compliment or $5/month for one daily anonymous compliments

 

4. What are the different categories of compliments?

• Professional: Work-focused compliments (e.g., “Your ideas shine in every meeting!”).

• Personal: General positivity (e.g., “Your friendship is appreciated and you do make a difference!”).

 

5. What happens after I sign up?

One off compliments are sent immediately. Daily compliments are sent every day at 6am EST. Once paid you will get a receipt for your order and a welcome email from CheerPing.

 

6. Can I send compliments to more than 1 person?

Yes! Simply go to the CheerPing Setup page and fill out the form again with a new recipient. Add their email, and they’ll get daily compliments too! Corporate plans available for bulk recipients.

 

7. How do I cancel my subscription?
For Senders: Follow this Link to log into your account and cancel your subscription 
For Receivers: at the bottom of your compliment sent via email is a link to unsubscribe and stop receiving compliments. (the person who sent you the compliments will also receive a notification that you have cancelled)

 

8. Is my data safe with CheerPing?
Yes! We use SSL encryption for data in transit and only collect what’s needed. We don’t share your data with advertisers—only with trusted providers (Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Wix) to deliver our Services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

 

9. What if the recipients don’t receive my daily compliment?
Have them check their spam/junk folder. If they still haven’t received it, email support@cheerping.com—we’ll fix it! Note: Delays can occur due to technical issues, but we’ll resolve them quickly.

 

10. Is CheerPing safe for kids?
Yes! we comply with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We don’t collect data directly from kids under 13—parents provide the child’s contact and consent. You can request deletion of your child’s data anytime at support@cheerping.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.
